Cigarette Bins

In partnership with York Business Improvement District (BID), the Civic Trust purchased and installed sixteen cigarette bins at various points in the city centre during March 2018.

The bins have been installed in response to the increased concern regarding littering and the disposal of cigarette ends in York over the past months.

The bins were installed by local firm Len Plows & Son and the works managed by Nick Beilby, working on behalf of York Civic Trust.
