Secondary Schools’ Public Speaking Competition

Wednesday 21 November (6.30pm – 8.30pm)

Venue: Huntingdon room King’s Manor, Exhibition Square, York

Following on from the success of previous years, we repeat the format for Secondary Schools in York. All Secondary Schools are invited to enter a team of two pupils, speaking for a maximum of eight minutes. The suggested topics will encourage the younger generation to appreciate the architectural and historic delights of the City. Most of the places will be taken by parents and families, but there are a few available for members for an event which encourages, surprises and entertains.
